Call for PAC Fund Dontations

Brothers & Sisters,

I wanted to take a moment to reach out to our membership to encourage our members to contribute to the White Mountain Firefighters PAC. The PAC fund allows us to stay engaged in political issues that directly impact our members. There is a common misconception that dues go to sponsoring candidates or can be used towards political issues.

This is completely false, it is illegal for a Union to use general funds for political activities. Our PAC is funded by our membership. It takes money to fight issues that may impact our members. We have already seen some of these issues arise and thankfully, we have been successful. The fight will never stop though. We must protect our way of life from entities that wish to destroy our benefits and pensions.
